I agree with SouStar's advice. Better let him/her out than plain kill him/her. Fruit flies are quite adorable especially with their red eyes and different body colour pattern.
Gonna try and kill her if I can, its only one little fly so I'm hoping I can get it!
@TVisDaddy Haha,it’s true after all.Anyway,if you want to get rid of a fruit fly besides letting it leave your room on its own,you can use a simple vinegar soap trap or make your own soap water spray.

Its only one tiny fly. Im gonna try and kill it. my windows have a screen over them so even if I did that it wouldn't do much.
