I got it from the Parblo (my tablet brand) Amazon store. If I want to refund it, I'd have to send it back, and that costs too much (it's $20$ for a box alone, and then the weight adds on).
It works when it wants to tho, I got it to work just now with little to no issues. I'm hoping to hear back from Parblo soon.
