hell yeah! before I do buy it I am gonna mess with it a bit more, I talked with my boyfriend more and he thinks I should wait till windows fixes up 24H2 more before I spend 400$ LMAO. we're also gonna test out my tablet on his laptop since it didn't get the update yet :)
I myself think its a USB port issue but its always good to test the waters before jumping in :)
