I know several alcoholics. They can be very selfish people. They take little or no responsible for their own actions. It can be challenging to watch them waste their potential and lives by drinking.
It can be scary to be around alcoholics especially if they are driving. I usually end up being the designated driver.

yeah, for me its more the fear of them doing something that'll hurt them or worse, I worry about people way to much.
