If it helps: 'Most' people in western culture aren't happy with their names. It's almost as if giving people one name for life is a really bad idea. If you live in the UK you can change it 'relatively' easily as long as you can prove that others actually call you that name. (Shout-out to the guy who renamed himself "Optimus Prime".)
As far as I know certain Asian countries use 'child names' for their kids until they become (more or less) old enough to pick one themselves. I'm not claiming that system is perfect either, but I think it shows how many people are displeased with their name. You are not alone.

I think the issue is that I have a cute name that also can be sexually, so I think that’s why I tend to hate it so much.
Like I love my name but also hate it at the same time 😭
